When I decided to hatch this idea I promised myself I would only sell items that make me smile when I bake them. Every item available for order is one that I adore, some are recipes I inherited from my mom others are my own adaptation.
I exclusively use King Arthur flour products and a Maine whole wheat AP flour for my bagels. I do my best to purchase package-free and locally. The ultimate goal of this business is to create the smallest amount of waste possible, and will be working on launching a reusable container program ASAP.
Orders can be placed using the form below, pick-up is between 12 - 4 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Of course, special arrangements/orders can be made just email me!

Bagels more flavorful than ever thanks to our trusty friend, Sourdough. These bagels are hand-shaped, parboiled, and baked to perfection. The dough is made with a mixture of high protein bread flour and Maine-grown whole wheat flour for maximum flavor. In my opinion these are the perfect way to start any day.
banana bread

Banana bread was my gateway into “serious” baking — it’s the first recipe that I adapted myself and have even made an amazing vegan version! This bread is spiced, airy, and addictive with a crunchy top achieved with coarse raw sugar. This is easily one of my favorite things to make (and eat)! Banana bread is sold as 6” loaves with or without chocolate chips — with the option to be vegan!
almond cake

When I tell you people beg for this cake I mean it — growing up this recipe was my mom’s superpower. You absolutely cannot make this recipe without the designated almond cake pan which leaves the exterior perfectly crispy (the end pieces are worth fighting over).
